Physiological Controls Research Center (PhysCon) works on the interdisciplinary field of biomedical engineering mostly in physiological modelling, simulation, and control domain.

Our Team
The Physiological Controls research team is represented by most passionate and knowledgable researchers and scientists from biomedical engineering field.

Cancer treatment & control
A model for tumor growth under angiogenic inhibition was presented by Harvard Medical School and was validated using experiments on mice with lung cancer.

New Research Discussion
A research discussion was held between PhysCon, Harvard’s Biomedical Systems Engineering Research Group, Heim Pál Children’s hospital and the Hungarian Diabetes Association.

The Physiological Controls Research Center (PhysCon) works on the interdisciplinary field of biomedical engineering mostly on the physiological modeling, simulation, and control domain, efficiently supporting the progress of medical science (both in terms of research and clinical practice) with actual knowledge of engineering sciences.

An artificial pancreas would automatically control levels of glucose in the bloodstream.
